Patients
Contact your doctor's surgery by phone or e-mail to request an appointment. Your appointment will be entered in their calendar at the agreed date and time. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the teleconsultation.
You will receive a call on your computer (tablet or mobile phone) at the agreed date and time. You will hear the ringtone of the video call.
You are in contact with the doctor. You can talk about your symptoms or illness. You can securely exchange documents between you and your doctor.
You confirm you are willing to download the documents your doctor is sending you on your computer (prescriptions, certificates, etc.).

You receive your patient's request for a teleconsultation. You enter the patient in your Visitme.Doctor calendar.
The platform then sends your patient a confirmation e-mail for the agreed time slot (date and time and login information).

You are in contact with the patient and perform various actions (medical history, diagnosis, medication, prescription). You take personal and confidential notes for your teleconsultation report. These are automatically destroyed as soon as the teleconsultation with your patient is over.
Visitme.Doctor will ask you to write up a report based on the notes you have taken during the teleconsultation. The report can be edited and downloaded to your computer.
You receive proof that your patient has made the payment. You then send your patient the proof of copayment with the nomenclature for their health insurance organisation.
Télé-expertise
You would like to arrange a tele-expertise appointment with a fellow expert. You suggest an appointment through the Visitme.Doctor calendar: you select a slot at the agreed date and time. They receive a confirmation e-mail for the tele-expertise appointment.
You will receive a call from your colleague on your computer (tablet or mobile phone) at the agreed date and time. After you hear the ringtone, you can begin your meeting.
You are in contact with your colleague. You can take personal notes for your tele-expertise report. You can exchange documents securely (analyses, protocols, prescriptions, certificates, etc.), which are then automatically destroyed at the end of the tele-expertise appointment.
You confirm you are willing to download the documents that your colleague is sending you on your computer (prescriptions, certificates, etc.).
You can still write and edit the report based on your personal notes in your Visitme.Doctor calendar.
